We offer two standard rental periods — two weeks or four weeks. Need to go beyond four weeks? Just reach out and we'll work something out that fits your situation.

Yes, we ask that someone 18 or older be present to accept delivery and sign off on pickup. If that's a problem just reach out and we'll work something out.
Absolutely. Every tote is thoroughly inspected and sanitized between every single rental before it reaches your door. You'll never receive a dirty or damaged tote from Capital Totes.
No problem — contact us and we'll put together a custom package that fits your needs. We're happy to work with you on any size job.
We understand accidents happen. Any tote that is damaged beyond use or not returned will be charged a flat replacement fee of $30 per tote, outlined in your rental agreement at booking.
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a convenience fee.
You can book directly on our website or give us a call or text at (919) 578-5851. We'll confirm your delivery date and have your totes to you before moving day.
Yes! We offer a 10% discount for college students with a valid .edu email address. We also have subscription packages available for realtors who want to offer tote rentals as a closing gift to their clients. Contact us to learn more.
